Shipping policy

Items are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated, statutory holidays not included, and then sent out to be shipped via Canada Post, Chit Chats, USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Shipping dates at checkout, are taken into account after the 2-3 day processing time, and are estimated dates. Shipping may be delayed due to statutory holidays, and/or extreme weather conditions.
